I have yet to play a game that makes me feel more emotion than Neyasnoe.

This game doesn't just shows the beauty and terror of lonelines, but makes you feel it yourself through its beautiful environments, incredible sound design and uncanny NPCs that share their philosophical struggles. The atmosphere created here is nothing short of stunning. This game shows the concrete aftermath of communism at a human scale, shining a light on those it cast aside.

It captures the very essence and feeling of modern day Russia as well as other other post-soviet countries. I absolutely love this clean cut, raw presentation of how life can end up to be there, and more importantly how it feels to live it.

The full price of this game can feel a bit steep considering how short this game really is, but it regularily goes on sale for pennies. I personnally think it's such an amazing work of art that even full price it's very much worth it.

Regarding performance, this game is unfortunately not very well optimized. Despite it's low res / low poly look, it often stutters even on beefy PCs, during the brewery level in particular.

All in all I could not recommend this absolute masterpiece game more. JUST GO PLAY IT.

within the first 5 minutes, stumbled into a club blasting trance with people hakken, then proceeded to annihilate beers and ciggies and join them... instant masterpiece. very cool atmospheres and dialogues through the entire game, both saddening and inspiring
