Add to that the graveyard space for 400 people. To have 400 in graveyards at once means a much larger supporting population - unless you get a mass die off from tornado / disease / starvation. That just doesn't seem possible on a small map of any kind.
Yes, that one too. I had to use a medium sized map that capped out at around 450 people to get that achievement, and it meant wiping out half my map in order to make the near 20x20 grave sites (four) to clear the kill. It also, amusingly, meant starving off all of my citizens in the process to fill said-graves.

To be honest, that is not the way I would want to play. That's why I only aim for 35 of the 36 achievements with a large valley map.
