Is there anything inside of the LocalLow LogFile shortcut though actually? (If you open the File Location, that would take you to where Crash Folders are saved. See below.)
When you first downloaded/installed the game, it didn't run into any errors? (Disk Write, Content Locked, etc.)
Also, when the game crashed, was there a message saying a Crash_2018-05-30-XXXX folder was created?
Where to find Crash Folders
The folder you asked for: https://imgur.com/a/FFWDJz2

But verdun was already ticked and nothing worked
It avast!
Im now trying to stop avast from blocking it, but still dont know how
Edit: Looked it up and you can restore the files from the 'Virus Chest' by right clicking on the file and then selecting the Extract option, select the WW1GameSeries folder [and wherever the second file was from] in order to save/return the file(s).
P.S. I was going to suggest disabling these Intel Modules as they've been known to mess with file privileges. (Causing Content Locked errors and such.)
