Uplay Screenshots - How Can I Stop them !!

Any way I can stop the Uplay screenshots. F12 gives me a Steam screenshot, but also Uplay so I don't need two of them.

I'm pretty sure I'd managed to reassign the Uplay hotkey away from F12 when on my old PC. But can't seem to find where to do that again now I have my new PC.

Anyone know how to reassign the Uplay hotkey ?

yeah you can change it from the Uplay launcher setting.

When in game I use Shift-F2 to go into Uplay and can see things like 'Overview', 'Rewards' and 'Settings'. In 'Settings' I can turn the FPS display on/off, amongst other stuff. This is also where I'd expect to see the screenshot setting, but it's not there.

What am I doing wrong ?

it's not in game, it's when you open the Uplay launcher, on the top left there is 3 horizontal bar, just left of the news tab. Click this then select setting, then other. You will see the key binding to your screenshot and the folder it use.

Go in and tried to map to F11, but it changed it back to F12. Then I went to type in F11 and it took hitting the de;ete key as the mapping so it now says, 'Backspace'.

I went into the game and took a screenshot and only got the Steam notification so that seems OK. However, I can't re-open Uplay in stand alone to check the setting there. But my screenprint issue seems fixed so thanks for the help. I know Uplay can go 'funny' sometimes so maybe Uplay will be happy again once I restart my PC.

Mm, I knew trying to do anything with Uplay hardly ever goes as planned...

Boot up PC the following day, start Steam, play the game and... getting Uplay screenshots again. How annoying. Guess I'm just going to have to live with it and manually delete the Uplay screenshots.
