I do not have stutter at all but generally it’s either memory (RAM or VRAM) or CPU-bound game terribly optimized

you did not mention your disk. Are you using HDD or slow SSD? Try to place it in NVME drive

I have noticeable stutter with Frame generation and fps doesn't go up with it. It feels like sluggish 50fps. FG has no effect, so i turned it off.

Try forcing FXAA in nvidia settings, this fixed 95% of the subtle stutter i was getting with FG on despite 130+ constant fps with no dips

way back, issues on using the cpu's TPM causes stutter, they recomended using a physical TPM module to resolve the problem

Go into the game directory, locate the game .exe, right click for Properties. Click Compatibility and tick Disable Fullscreen Optimisations. This cured stutter for me in both HZD and Death Stranding.

Framerate limit's set too high generally.

Fullscreen Optimization's not something that can be turned off for D3D12. It doesn't have Fullscreen Exclusive in the first place, despite the graphics settings having an option that implies it does :-\ Nixxes is really bad about this and spreading misinformation.

Exactly. Most users don't know a ♥♥♥♥ about DXGI presentation modes. However, it is most likely not the Nixxes engineers or developers who are unaware or are misinforming about this topic, but rather the game's support/marketing team.
