FPS locked at 60?!

I have my monitor settings in windows set to 120hz and in game I’m at 4K 120hz in exclusive full screen, but the game is running at 60 fps.

Running an AMD 7900XTX GPU, can’t figure out why the fps is capped when it shouldn’t be. Any tips would

There's no such thing as Exclusive Fullscreen in D3D12.

What Nixxes calls Exclusive Fullscreen is just them changing the desktop's refresh rate. Completely pointless. Use regular Fullscreen mode and it will use your desktop's refresh rate (without changing it).

The game runs fine for me on 120 FPS (capped it at that to make it smoother, as it jumped aroudn a lot above that) on a 7900xtx too. I got it in borderless window though, which I tend to always sue when possible, rarely pays off to go true fullscreen

Dynamic resolution set at 60 FPS probably. You can choose a higher value or turn it off and use "regular" FSR 2.2.
