Game not launching; even with the -launcher

I tried all the guides; i tried also uninstall and reinstalling the GPU drivers, reinstalling the game...

Need some help please, i feel so sad.

What are your specs? Do you have minimal specs for to play the game and are you on HDD or SSD installed, because that is kinda importante as well. Do you have enough space on your drive, and or do u install on a second drive for the game to launch?

All my Hardware is on date: i5 12600kf and RTX 3070TI 8 GB
Windows 11, and game installed on NVME

Do you have any other programs running in the background like firewall or virusscanners and or any other third party that can maby obstruct the launch of the game? If so try close them down first. And check the game verrification through steam and try again. Olso important update drivers to the newest!

What exactly happens on your screen when you try to launch the game ?

Any error, window, blink, nothing at all, etc.

I push <<PLAY>> green button, it says <<LOADING>> and after few seconds it become <<PLAY>> button again, no error code or message from STEAM client

Have you reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (aka vcredist or MSVCR) 2022 x64 yet ?
Also, is the behavior of the game any different if you launch it through the main executable directly (i.e. without using Steam client, desktop shortcut or the launcher) ?

Do you have any device attached but usb that could be stopping this.

Delete sl.dlss_g.dll

Nixxes has really bad Streamline integration, their launcher and game itself are going to crash at start on a lot of RTX 4xxx GPUs.

It does not work; After clicking the Play button in Steam you may see the icon turn to “Preparing to Launch” or “Running”, however the game does not launch and the button reverts to “Play” as if it had not been pressed.

No. I am not using anything. And i can launch every single Game but not Horizon FW.

Problem solved! For anyone encountering a similar issue, I resolved it by restoring the BIOS System Settings to Default. It wasn't a matter of drivers or anything else; rather, it was related to any tweaks I had made to Intel CPU technologies in the motherboard settings.

After resetting everything to its default values, everything is now functioning perfectly. Thank you.
