Sadly don't know if there is an equivalent tool for AMD users.
Apparently there is already a workaround posted on nexusmods. But I think the saturation is also a part of the game itself. I think they went with an overall more saturated style in general. For the enjoyment itself it's probably worth a try to use the workaround mod (if you even have HDR enabled/available)
That is possible, yes. Though I'm someone who likes their media not too saturated anyway. Could be just a subjective matter.
Do you have external options for regulating saturation? I know it's not ideal but maybe that will alleviate the problem for the time being.
If you have an NVIDIA gpu and Nvidia Experience or NVIDIA App installed you can open the Nvidia Overlay (default Alt+Z) and enable filters, like I mentioned in a previous comment.
AMD Users can probably recommend something else if you have an AMD gpu.
Funnily enough for me, the greens on my screen were really bright and colorful in contrast to the rest xD. Ah, what a time to be alive with so many different hardware combinations.
