But plenty of people have beaten it, so we know that it's not impossible.
There may be a video of the kill on YouTube or something, if you wanna check.
if you get past the frustration and start to figure things out they are beatable.
the only tip I can give you for khidr is, learn the pattern of his projectiles.
I dodged his regular attacks with the least amount of jumps if possible, standing on a platform and getting a few hits in between.
watch out for his 4-way attack so you can quickly figure if it goes clockwise or counter clockwise and move accordingly. you will have to use very precise jumps for that. use the other platform if you can't do it with just jumps, just be wary that you lose some time by landing and jumping again.
- Don't be hasty with melee attacks. Dealing damage is no problem with the enhanced Blade Wall so use it whenever you have the MP.
- While it is spraying fire randomly, just stick to the ground and only sneak melee hits when you can.
- Generally don't even touch the side platforms.
- Use the Sprint Rune dash to cross to the other side quickly. This is important when it shoots a spiral that you are heading the right direction (clockwise/ anti-clockwise).
- When it does shoot a spiral you'll need to dodge differently depending on your location and the direction of the shot. These are:
So in short it only has 2 attacks with the spiral one being the most annyoing for me. As long as you know whether to go under or over him it'll be dead in no time.1. If you have enough time to go under him (right side-heading clockwise/ left-anti)- dash on the floor to other side and jump as high as you can over the last few.
2. If it starts the spiral on your side and there is no time- you'll need to go over and around the boss. Jump as high as you can then dash over or use a down attack to bounce of him. It's a little trickier going over him as you can go too fast into the shots ahead.
I tried my best to explain, I hope it helps! :)
This forum topic explains those bosses pretty well http://steamcommunity.com/app/241600/discussions/0/630799997850634877/
Timing is very challenging, you'll need to use all your jumps and then down attack on the very edge of him for extra height and that's before even going over him. Just remember that luck plays a role too as his move choice is random. If you are lucky, he would only use this move 1-2 times so you can just save your HP for taking these hits. If you remain on the offensive it really helps shorten the battle time.
As I mentioned above, it's always easier said then done so just keep at it until you get that skill/ luck balance = win :)
