After installing the latest patch, the game does not work

After the last patch the game starts for a second and then closes, no errors are shown. Checked the cache, reinstalled game and Uplay, did not help, have any solution?

После последнего патча игра запускается на секунду и тут же закрывается, никаких ошибок не показывает. Проверил кеш, переустановил игру и uplay, не помогло, есть какие-нибудь решение проблемы?

I don't get that problem. I regularly plug and unplug my Xbox controller, often while The Crew is running. It's all working fine for me since I restored my Documents folder to the default location.

Uhhh... just bought the game and it doesn't work. I was hoping to spend time and money into this game... disapointing.

Doesnt work. It's April 17th, and game just crashes. Did re-download/install and verification still crashes to desktop. I noticed that the game will work in the background, but when you click on the icon to go into game will make it crash. I was wondering if theres a way to make game to run on non-fullscreen, if the borderless would help.

Where's your "Documents" folder located (drive, path)? Did you try to install all 3rd party software inside a "The Crew\Support\Software" folder?

The crew doesn't have a path in My Documents and I haven't downloaded anything except The crew +Wild run

If you had SweetFX or any other shader injector installed you have to go into the game's folder and manually delete the files created there. Any d3d dll files, Sweetfx configs, etc., must be removed. Verify integrity of game cache then restart Uplay. This fixed the game for me when Wild Run released. Afterwards I could reinstall Sweetfx without further issues. It might work for some of you.

If not, are you sure your PC specs match up to the game's requirements? Did your antivirus software or Windows firewall accidentally flag the exe? It might be worth adding the entire folder as an exception.

It does after you run the game successfully. A recent update broke the game and restoring My Documents to its default path on the C drive fixed the problem for many people, including myself. I thought they'd fixed that in a newer update, but it seems some people are still having problems.

I havent even got to the the loading screen. My specs are: AMD FX8350 and a GTX 960 4GB so I think graphics won't be the issue. My firewall is off and I haven't changed any game files.

WOW i was bevore a few minutes on King uin to buy "The Crew" but after read here in the Forum i better spare my money for that game. I better buy it like TDU 1+2 in 5-10 jears.^^

It worked before latest patch on W10.

Just installed the new patch. Still crashes.

Which comes to that moment when Ubisoft wants to punish The Division "exploiters" worse than the hackers because glitchers found the bugs that they couldn't fix. GG Ubisoft, FGG.
