Race/Species Frequency?

I cannot make heads or tails of this. What does the numerical value in the mod settings represent, and how does raising/lowering it alter the frequency of a race appearing? Is it possible to create a league with only select races?

Defense will now look and historical tendencies of the Runner (do they run or pass) and get small adjustments based on those tendencies. For example, if the QB has a tendency to Pass, the defense will be slightly better at defending the pass but weaker if QB decides to run.

Minimum tackle chance upped from 7% to 8%

Fog visual effect reduced

Standing screen now color codes current playoff teams (green) and teams with a bye week (purple)

Bug Fixes
Fixed issue with College Draft causing a 2nd draft to been blank
Fixed issue with crash during Simulate Entire Season which would generate strange stats for a single game.

Can't sim a season without glitching or crashing.

Whether it's 76 games or 22 games, the game either glitches out or crashes somewhere during the season. I'm wondering if it has to do with injuries accumulating. In my 76-game seasons, injury rate was set to 0.2, and the game crashed at around week 40. In my 22-game seasons, the injury rate was 0.6, and the game typically crashes around week 16-18. I'm thinking maybe this is a graphical issue that could be resolved by an option to skip the sim screen entirely, or at least get rid of the players running a...

I just simulated 8 seasons at 76 weeks each. Here's what I found:

Everyone gets richer, especially the rich. Great teams stay great and almost every team improves in overall quality, despite many of them having their rosters half-filled with hooligans. Despite all this, disparity is rampant in later seasons. 10-20 point shutouts become common, and close games and ties become rare. One team had all 8 starters in pink (100-120) overall quality, and went undefeated (76-0-0) in the final season. Another team went winless in the final season. There were a couple new playoff...
