anyone else unable to slide?
it says to press control while running, but when i do that, nothing happens.

is anyone else having this problem? any suggestions on how to fix it...?

i changed crouch to control, so i do press control. :gravestone:

Perhaps slide is mapped to C no matter what key you use for crouch? I played another game that had an issue like that. Try it out and let us know.

try it with a different key, if it works switch back to ctrl or maybe there is another binding somewhere conflicting with it?

Nah i use Shift to crouch/slide and it works fine

You have to learn to slide, it's an ability.

It only tells you how to slide IF you learned the slide ability, so I'm assuming he did learn it.

Well, I learnt it, and when sprinting, push crouch button and you will slide.

For anyone still having this issue, this seems to occur when crouch toggle is off. Setting crouch toggle to "on" allows me to slide each time without fail

This is what was wrong for me, turned toggle back on and can now slide perfectly.

Thanks so much guys, that fixed it for me as well! Absolutely bonkers that they would put in toggle options for sprint and slide and nobody bothered to do a simple test of the basic movesets.
