high end shotguns

I seen one early in the game when I had no money and now It seems I can't find one anywhere.
Any suggestions on locations/quests would be very helpful.

Spoiler alert if you click link. It's a quest where you get a "free" shotgun, but you need to grab it downstairs.

The one you get after that mission is also a purple one. Haven't found another "in the wild" after that one.

Theres a house in old town with a legendrary one in a locker somewhere. Think it was an easter egg but I didn't know for what.

Doubtful, I think that shotguns only come in double barrel. =\

I'm in the second area and haven't seen a shotgun for sale or anywhere else in such a long time, when does the other one show up in the game?
