I really hate this game Dying Light!

I've played tough games before, I'm not a novice. But this game is just ridculously difficult. In fact it's an utter disgrace. No matter where you go you get swarmed at by biters, and moving at night? Haa forget it. I've spent £30 on this ♥♥♥♥. I'm furious there's no cheat codes that can like in GTA5 or Doom. Never buing anything made from Techland again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Maybe you should stroll through the streets less? The game is designed for movement and for the player to use the terrain. You won't get mobbed if you're using terrain effectively. Knowing when to run helps too.

At night, Dying Light is a different game. You need to play stealth at night since the Nightmares can't be killed (I think). That said, if you don't like stealth games, it's not a leap to say you probably wouldn't like half of what dying light is. Night is supposed to make you feel helpless and paranoid, not like a god running around with an electrified battleaxe about to crack zombie skull.

Sorry you don't like the game though. It might be a good idea to do some more research on a game's mechanics before you buy it. It's totally possible to do it without spoiling the game for yourself.

No I am not, Ive played video games since 1985! But there's nothing worse than spending £30 on a game and getting nowhere because you get killed in the first 10 minutes! It's a nonsense of a game.

I don't wanna look like a douche, man, but, if anything, this game is too easy. Don't know what you're talking about, really.

I beat it twice, once on normal, and then on hard mode.

Both runs were easy. Hard mode actually was even easier, because I knew what to expect, and it's not much different from normal anyway.

I'm no pro at video games. I play them just as a hobby, and still think Dying Light suffers from being too easy.

As soon as your weapons damage get in the hundreds, which happens pretty quickly, you'll steamroll the zombies while laughing about it.

This game is amazing and the difficult level swindles down as you play more and become more comfortable with the skill levels. Nothing better then getting your face chewed off by a swarm of zombies, DEAL! xD

Hahaha they can, altough I had to stand under a UV lamp so they would run to me and that's when I killed them. Or when the night ends and they start running from you, but only if you want to lose time like me

But yeah, the game gets easier if you know how and when to avoid fights, specially at the beginning when you don't have THAT much supplies

I suck at these types of games, but had so much fun playing Dying Light, I'm starting to look for more like it. The difficulty level is just about perfect imo, other than those stupid suiciders or whatever they are called. I HATE insta-death creatures in any game. Especially when you are talking about 1 in 100 when you're cleaning out a horde.

Just have to make sure you have something close to the best damage output weapon for your level, and a reasonable amount of miscellaneous stuff, like firecrackers, grenades, stars, molotovs, etc to keep yourself safe. Running away and lobbing a few throwing items THEN moving in for the up-close and personal kill works really well. The amount of materials you can loot (stuff respawns reasonably quick) makes for easy crafting. Just wandering and scavenging you can find a number of helpful recipes to give your weapons a little boost.

Ive had nothing but fun with this game and I dislike even hate zombie games/movies, yet I can't put this down, so clearly they did something right. Sorry you don't like it, but as a fellow 80's gamer, I respect your opinion, now if your looking for a game to avoid I can heartily recomend Space Engineers. The U.S. governent will have developed hydrogen fuel cell cars, balanced the deficit, colonized the Solar System and even forever lay off the 2nd ammendment before that game ever gets completed.

Im 45 years old and been gaming since zx81s, trust me if i can do ok but you can't then you are at the moment truely a noob at this game.

Im a lousy player.i dont have the problems in normal difficulty.at night i just run to safe house.yes i do have little problem in newgame hardmode.but u can always change back to normal if u feel too hard.after u get to craft korek machete. it will get easier.or just join ppl coop game.alot ppl willing to drop u unlimited uber weapon.
