How do you sleep in "the following"?
Stupid question I know, I've playing Dying light (the base game) a ton on Xbox although just bought the full following version on PC.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to sleep, I have been to several outpost tower things (and I'm standing in one right now at night lol).

I heard that you can't sleep through the night? Is that true?

I believe you have to open up the game by following the first few missions/objectives. You do sleep, and there are plenty of places to sleep. Just can't remember off hand at what point you find a place to sleep. If you messed around until night time and haven't gotten to the point where you can sleep yet.......good luck with that. If you survive the night a mission that gets a lot of people stuck and aggravated is early on. When you get to this timed mission don't follow the water line, go straight to the valve station.

Thanks! It turns out you can't sleep it the hunting towers, thankfully I have remembered the farm safe house where I can sleep now.

Be forewarned that Hunting Towers also are not completely safe from hostiles like some info about the game implies. During the day they are, but at night if Volatiles track you to one, they will spit toxins at you and you will die pretty quickly. Especially on Hard or Nightmare.

I don't get how you were confused about sleeping after playing the main game a ton though. That always requires a sleeping bag at a safe zone.
