Tips & Tricks for winning invasions as human?
So I know what to do and how to win, but any tips on how to make it easier? I can fend off the Night Hunter player pretty well, the problem for me is the nests you have to destroy. Even with a Korek Machete (612 damage) at level 15, it takes like 20+ swings to kill a single zombie from the 3 or 4 in the nest, out of 6 nests. Like why is it so hard to kill the nests and when you take one down, the next one is like 100+ meters away sometimes above ground, sometimes below. So it takes way too long to kill the nests while the hunter has infinite lives and hordes of zombies to help him, while I have a melee weapon, limited health bar, and limited lives. How am I ever supposed to win solo?? Is the only way to win with a group of 4? I heard online that fire kills nests faster but I threw multiple molotovs on the nests and it barely did any damage. So I'm at a loss. Anyone have any tips or tricks to help me?

Play alone or with better teammates. More players mean harder time against night hunter, more nests, more health for night hunter, more spits and more zombies.

The most difficult thing about invasions is the hunter itself, not the nests. Stop using korek machete, this is terrible weapon, it's only viable in the beginning, later you should be obtaining better weapons. Take out zombies around the nest before attacking it, zombies turn into virals when nest is damaged. Also nests and hunter has fixed amount of health regardless of 10 damage or 5,000 damage weapon you use, different type weapons do different damage, for example two handed weapons while slow, do more damage, and one handed weapons do less damage but are faster. You can attack nest with combined drop kick + charged attack from two handed weapon (Without blueprint) on nest, this does a lot of damage.

Invasions is all about practicing and mechanics in the end, you won't learn much from reading.

This guide can be useful.

Might i also add night walkers always die from 1 power attack so even if you attack a nest by accident you dont have to try to get them into spikes or into falling.
At the moment its actually easier to win a 1vs1 match than a 1vs4 howeve if you want help im up for some games since i cant find a match anyways
