Where to farm Gauze

Hi. I started first walkthrough on Hard and i get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ preatty badly. Where can i farm medkits easy?

in the first few hours of the campagne you´ll get an blueprint for natural medkits from a sidequest. Then you can craft a medkit with 3 common plants . You can see on the map where they grow.

stay on rooftops, avoid zombies and farm any building with a pharmacy sign you find, I completed my first playthrough with 200+ gauze I think

You can always visit the quarter masters to get free stuff every in-game day or so.

If you can beat any of the hazard zones with supply packages, you can farm stuff that way too.

@Pink Omega, across the broken bridge near the Fisher village is an army camp with a few zombies, there you find tons of medkits and police equipment. You get across with a Zipline somewhere on the towers (you can jump from the top and hook onto them)

Ty all. Bridge is best run. 20-30 medkits.

Simplest and safest is that there is a Safe House, not far from one of the early missions, where the Gauze actually restocks inside the safe house, believe it or not. Plus there are two washing garages or whatever across the street with Medkits inside the lone medical cabinets in each.

But you have to leave that area for it to restock and there may be some time needed as well.

Been a while since I used it. I believe it is West or North West from the Slums HQ Tower, maybe a bit after the flaming car on the bridge over the drainage ditch.

This is really the fun part of exploring. Sure you can just lockpick yellow vans. But if you just hit every Pharmacy with a big red cross on its side, you will find plenty. Medical Cabinets tend to be White with a smaller Green Cross on it. Likewise there are refrigerators with similar medical logos. Act as if you were there, Dying Light gives you a lot of information in what you see and hear.
