Report a translation problem
Have you checked if the correct sound input device is used by windows?

Right click in desktop ---> NVIDIA control panel ---> "Set digital audio" ---> In "HDMI:" turn from Hisense HDMI to "Disable audio".
I do NOT use the tv/monitor for listening the games, i set the speakers from the back green plug of the mother, but disabling this fixed that directional problem...
I tested when someones talks me i gives them the back and i can hear them!... i throwed away a flare and 360° listening the fire from all directions... Virals cant surprice me anymore when im walking in the street then 180° for insta alt+f4 and going to cry under my bed cuz im nobody...
