Can't hear anything behind me

Like the title say, I can't hear anything behind me, when I'm in fron of zombies or any sound source I have no problem, but 2 days ago I stopped hearing anything behind me. I didn't touch anything from the sound configuration. This is really annoying because I can't hear the virals and volatiles, also I can't hear the buggie engine.

Some people have been having that issue, me included... too frustrating for sure... dunno how to fix it though...

Virtual surround sound might result in something like what you experience, if the motherboard doesn't support it, and is used instead of a sound card/integrated sound board.

Have you checked if the correct sound input device is used by windows?

Yes, I have checked it and there is anything strange.

Ok, i have solved it, I don't understant it but it is solved. While I was in the game, I paused, changed my headset to my earphones (I use it with my movile phone), and I started hearing al in 360º, then, without exiting the game, I cahnged again to my headset and it works properly. I don't understand a ♥♥♥♥.
