So, I read all 4 clues.

Only 3 additional quests got listed, and the game keeps telling me to "search for clues."

There is nothing else to read in this place.

I did. I have read every note in this place.

I get the feeling I may have read the notes too fast, that maybe one didn't get a chance to trigger its quest before reading the next one.

Try again idk that's wierd should press Q and see something if its there

Only thing Q did was show me that I hadn't scavenged the trash bins outside the place.

I looked at every note again but there is no prompt and still, 3 quests.
