Searchlights quest - can I go there during the day?

The quest states that you have to go there at night. In the safe area room near the lights is a bed. Can one not simply sleep there until night or go there late evening and wait for the night?

Go during day & sleep till night. That`s the way I did it

You can also just do it in daylight as well... You won't see which lights works thought but you can just pick up them all

I grabbed them in daytime. The process is exactly the same.

Speaking of Infamay bridge, I have a bounty where your supposed to dropp 100 feet and survive the fall, Ive tried this numerous places and either its not enough distance, or Crane croaks or in the bridge case, timer went up to a hundred and reset while dropping from very top of the bridge to the water below, any tips?

@BlackWater I imagine this could easily be done from above the military area on the bridge. From the elect size door you can jump down onto two piles of those blue bags. I like to farm that area's police vans and there's no other way down.
