Day 3. Cant play and stuck

I stuck at Day 3. after 7 or 8 other persons a man stand there say "ok here we go. Glory to Artoska. The greatest country." He have no ID or something else. I cant do anything to let him go. What can i do to let him go away. Thanks

Try clicking on the rule in the book that he has to have a passport and the area in front of the window where they slide papers through?

If you highlight the rule in the rulebook which states that you must have a passport, and the empty table in front of him, you can use the interrogate prompt. Good old Jorji.

yeah, that's what i did, if you do that you basically say "no passport, no entry" and he leaves, it's funny because he comes back on a later day with a passport he made himself XD

Jorji is an asshat and will plague you for a long time, lol. I think it's neat that he finally comes back with the right documents to allow him entry, though. His fake passport made me laugh out loud, it was almost adorable, haha.
