Just to be pedantic, The Republia Times was developed and published before Papers, Please, so it's actually a prequel/precursor. Interestingly, Republia has a navy despite being a land-locked country in Papers, Please (although this is not something that is unheard of in real-life: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Navies_of_landlocked_countries)
