Are there consequences to a lot of citations?

I'm a few days in, and I just got notified that I've gotten 18 citations. It's only been one or two at a time, so it hasn't really hurt my finances, but the incident got me worried I'm screwing myself in the long run.

You have two "free" citations a day (e.g. you wont get money but no fine), after that you get fines for each citation. There are no consequences in the long run as long as you have enough money to pay rent, heat and food.

Only if you do something *really* bad to personally cheese him off... But otherwise, all that happens if you get too many citations is that he gives you a less-impressive plaque for the wall.

and you aren't getting the money you need to pay your rent etc
