Ban for no reason

[Almost isn't good enough]

Got banned for reason: "Third Party Software", use only awakening poe trade, nothing esle, only start game and played around 300 hours, on my ban appeal bot respond me and in email no one cares and the funniest thing, i used afk build for ultimatum, "used when charge full" flask's and cast when dmg taken gems in what world would i use something third party and for what also i don't even farm much value or do something indescribable.
If you are thinking about whether to start playing or not I hope this helps you decide, also i got banned right after got vip-table and its not ip-ban, they just want me to create new acc and donate more, they literally write this in my email about "creating a new account"))

I'd just keep appealing it as a false-positive. Nearly Everybody uses awakened-poe-trade and aren't getting banned.
There's also a bug where newer accounts may randomly incurr a ban for "automation" at level 40, despite being a normal player.

hmm, banned for no reason sounds sus to me. feels like we're not getting the full story, just the OP side of things, which is what posts like this usually are. because, everybody knows that posting on the steam discussions like this won't help with the issue. it's just cope.
