Press H and if you do enough of those challenges you can earn a few free cosmetics. In any case, cosmetics aren't what you should be worrying about: get all the currency tabs and some extra tabs first.

i think you wont look too good without mtx unfortunately.

Maybe one or 2 pieces of armor will look good but you will have to put on mismatched stuff because there are no sets in this game.


There are free cosmetics for completing challenges but they dont provide full armor set cosmetics.

there are occasional 'mini-leagues' during the regular main ones (if the interest for main league is dwindling) that can give a free mystery box or a small chance of winning stuff for reaching level thresholds.
twitch prime is currently giving some free items per month (i think its on the 2nd month out of 3 currently)

this screenie is my char with entirely free stuff, taken years to collect.(not available any more)

you need to play the league, currently metamorph, for doing the challenges

most of the mtx i've seen is just way too flashy. The glowing eyes are nice, but not much else doesn't scream "Look at me!!".

If you play in standard league you won't be able to do the metamorph challenges and get the mtxs.

I give GGG usually 20bucks or more for Mystery Crates (hard gamble not for the faint of heart) and I've had amazing luck with them personally. This league I opened 10 crates. Got combined chest , both weapon effects , black helmet , white gloves and boots and footprints and 2 hideout decorations , the white orb which is neat and the white wind effect which is amazing.

Its recommended if you are going to spend that you get a supporter pack. That gives u a tab 2 cosmetics and the same amount of points spent on the pack itself so its basically 2 for 1 deal. With that i think u can buy 1 or 2 of the nicer tabs )wait for them to be on sale to do this so you can afford more with the points ! and get yourself close to a full set. Steam also has some cheap skins for sale i think for helmets (always better then none).

And as others said you can do the league challenges for every new league for 3 new cosmetics each time. In time you can get full sets this way as well.

I would buy currency , map and premium tab before cosmetics. Will save you a lot of headache over the long term if you hate organizing stashes and/or you are a pack rat (don't be , get a lootfilter and learn to price stuff so you dont pick up all the junk).
