If I equip both Feeding Frenzy and Meat Shield gems to my zombies, will they be defensive or offensive?

I don't know what buns you buy but they are always in groups of 8 where I'm at. Same with hot dog buns.

Buns around here come in 4 or 6 but I'm not sure about the patties, I'm gonna have to look next time I'm at the supermarket, thanks for that

To answer your question, the zombies will not be aggressive or defensive. They will aggro normally.

Aggressive means default skeleton/raging spirit behaviour, defensive means default zombie behaviour. Using both Feeding Frenzy and Meat Shield cancels out their behaviour changes and makes the minion do what it would do with neither support. For zombies, that's defensive, the same as using Meat Shield only.
