Heya folks, ive adjusted some screen spaced effects that would have reduced some performance, I will be working on some various quality settings soon.

Important Interactable items will respawn back to where they were found after a short period of time, just in case you lose anything.

I'm going to be working on a backpack and possible inventory system next, although I'm not sure the odd key here and there is too important to be stored away.

also a rogue door underground in the basement is now fixed, (No you're not supposed to go through that one).

The manor house is back

Emiline isn't quite done with you yet, the house is suffering a new type of enemy, one that will actively hunt you down and search for you unless you can hide and or evade it.
Edith will search the house high and low trying to find you, if she does; then it's lights out for you!

Interaction

I saw that we had some problems with the interaction system we implemented a while back and that some of you weren't able to play it on some of your headsets, this version should cover all these bases and you should have full access to any XR HMD.

We are now using a physics based full body Ik rig that allows you to smoothly wizz around the landscape without issues and grab on swing open doors, drawers and cupboards in search of those key items!

Almost all items are now interactable meaning you can grab throw and smash if that's the kind of thing that helps you cope in the dark. Candles can be helpful in the dark too should you accidently drop or lose some lighting you have found.

We hope you enjoy this game, it's been a labour of love and having only 2 of us working on this in our free time, it's an honour to have released it and have others enjoy our spooky storytelling.
