Chapter Select?

I recently completed the game and have been replaying some of my favorite chapters in the game. However, as of today, I opened the game and there is no more chapter selection. I have tried to sync to steam cloud and I have unlocked the achievement for completing the game. Any suggestions?

I think steam has gone wonky, ALL my steam games take 5 mins or longer to load, and Outlast itself keeps locking up everytime I complete it, yet the DLC completes just fine. Still awaiting a response from red Barrells about that.
