Hostility on leaving the police station
I've got a bug now where I can't leave the Detroit police station with every cop immediately shooting me on sight. On top of that, even if I sneak out via the roof I still manage to fail a bunch of unrelated quests, both primary and secondary, specifically the "remain undetected" and "meet O'Malley" objectives for Jenny's quest line.

Any ideas on how to fix it? I'm guessing I'll just have to wait until SE get the game back to where it was in vanilla though...

First time I played the original I had the same thing. But then again, I had kind of killed everyone in the police station so I figured it was because I'd made myself a wanted man !!

Think I did manage to sprint off in the end, but only just. And I also found I couldn't walk the streets freely anymore, not only in Detriot, but even when I first arrived in Henghsa !! I've never killed a cop since !!

This can occur without you directly killing any policeman, it happens when the door leading around back of the police station is left open, and a policeman randomly patrols back there and gets Electrocuted. I'm sorry to say, that i've never found a way to "Fix" this other then loading any earlier save file. T.T

Also, Holstering your weapon is a Must throughout the Non-trespassing areas of the game as failure to do so, will cause Non-hostile NPC's to run away, and refuse to speak with you after they've seen you with a weapon. This includes certain shopkeepers. Hostiles will of course immediately open fire.

I've found that with a Number of Hostiles in the game, that they will issue a warning before attacking, as long as your gun is Holstered. Since you don't actually need a weapon other then when your under heavy attack, keeping your weapon Holstered is a good way to get an initial Takedown/Kill, before any other Hostiles start attacking.
