Dont let the enemy see you, wait until you can drop on them from behind this is not like MGS
Try to avoid crowded areas and try to search for vents to get past them
Your weapons for non-lethal attacks are your fists (careful how long you press Q), the stun gun (best non-lethal after fists), the tranq rifle (the dart does a little damage when it hits, which can kill on head shots; it's not a bug), and the gas grenade/mine (area attack).
Stealth: it is not based on some character skill or other auto-mechanic. You have to keep out of the cone if view of NPCs, cameras and robots to stay unseen. If you come into one's view, he will see you. Second, there are the sounds you make. NPCs can hear you as well as see you. that is less of a problem, but keep it in mind, especially when bashing through walls or firing weapons. Even someone's dying gasp can alert nearby guards. Sound is sometimes also your friend, since you can use it to draw guards off their patrol path, where you can deal with them out of sight of cameras for example. Picking up a small box and tossing it against a wall will do the trick.
Later you can buy the invisibility augment, which grants you 21 seconds of invisibility at level 3. That is not long, but allows to pass laser barriers, cameras, surprise guards or set up area attacks with the typhoon. Once you have faster loading batteries, it can be used frequently and trivialize some levels.
You usually have to hug a wall (RMB), which allows to see what happens around it without getting spotted. Then you can see the guards patrol patterns and find possible routes to bypass them. The other tools you can acquire are not really necessary (I usually don't buy them at all, because some are a hindrance to me), but include: see a circle on your radar how far your sound travels, see through walls, mark enemies to keep track of them, see NPC cones of view, and move silently.
And yes, stealth can be hard. Foxiest of the hounds is one of the really tricky achievements. As is Pacifist, btw, because it is possible to kill people without intending it. And it is not "I did not shoot anyone", it is "nobody must have died from any action I took", so exploding barrels, mines, hacked automatic turrets or robots are all no-nos. Dropping people into electrified water is also out, but can happen in some sewers. If you are really after these achievements, keep at least one save from the start of each level and one where you progress.
Like MGS V you merely have to stay out of line of sight. The enemies have fixed patrol patterns and forget about you after a minute or so even if an alarm sounds.
Just don't charge around like a headless chicken and use alternative routes.
Well, you could at least play through lethally, it's still an incredible story
You truly have vast array of choices as from where start you attacks. Each level offers many approaches. Observe the movement pattern and the terrain before acting.
Obeservation and timing are key.
Well yeah Im playin on story but I cant get out my mind how use some the abilities I unlocked already like hackin robots. the ♥♥♥♥ the robots just kill me so no point to have ability to hack robots.....
You can't hack cameras, turrets or robots directly. You have to find a dedicated computer terminal (Security Hub) to control them.
