Is the seed rigged sometimes or what?

So, I am trying to finish Yellow deck and yesterday I was able to buy my dream combo Hologram joker + Magic Trick voucher in my FIRST shop
So I was able to make it x2.5 in few first rounds but not a single Mult joker appeared, only tarots, playing cards and planets which means I failed pretty soon.
Why is this game so cruel?

That combo is not inherently very strong honestly. You're blowing a lot of money buying mostly vanilla cards and inflating your deck in exchange for a small x mult increase. The money you spent on buying cards would have been better used to reroll the shop and find a better joker.

IMO Magic trick is one of the worst vouchers in the game and I will almost never take it. Reducing the number of joker choices in the shop is bad.

My decks built around Hologram are usually the best. While it is true that playing cards will take up space in the shop, I really think hologram provides one of the most easiest Xs in the game.
Vanilla cards? You can add enhanced cards as well. It is my favorite combo for a reason.
Ofc Hologram without any other jokers will be useless as you can see from my mini-rant lol

Magic trick is pretty strong with hologram, allowing you to win the run with it as your sole Xmult. Compared to taking planet voucher with constellation you are scaling more at a better price (albeit while hurting your deck but hologram should be run with lower hands in most runs). It also can be a win-more, depends entirely on the situation.

Picking Hologram (or other xMult Jokers) in the first shop might be risky. Early on you generally want to save your money to maximize you chances to get +Mult or +Chips, which is what you need to survive the first few antes.

Of course it's hard to resist a tempting offer.

some seeds are definitely easier to win with than others, but they aren't exactly 'rigged' to lose. it's just rng, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. i've also run into the 'spending my money on a tempting xmult setup before i got any +mult and thus ruining my economy ensuring i couldn't get any fast enough' trap.

Ok but you're complaining that you lost because you couldn't find any good jokers while simultaneously praising a combo that frequently takes up one or more of your joker slots in the shop. That's not "the seed being rigged," that's you consciously reducing the odds of yourself finding additional game pieces.
