Dev is a coward for not showing up
They won an award and didn't even bother show up at the game award. No respect for anyone in the industry or their fans

If there were no year restrictions how many times would people nominate ocarina of time in a row
There should be an intelligence test or check before anyone is allowed to post on any forum. Cheese the Wasp in an example as to why. Regardless, congratulations on the award, Balatro team!

Well earned.

Edit: By the way, clown farming ain't cool. You already have over 235. Quit clowning.

You mean dev is based for not wasting his time with that
Dev is based as hell for not going into a room filled with perverts and hollyweird types.
They were there. My guess is people like OP is what they were referring to when they didn't want to draw attention to themselves.

The TGAs are a corpo slop award and he's not going to slob on their knob for it.
With a community as rude as this I wouldn't show up, either.
Someone who uses they/them should be a lot more compassionate towards others. Even though the dev WAS there not everyone does well in the spotlight. Events like that can be VERY anxiety-inducing nevermind expensive. Maybe instead of calling people 'coward' you do a little self-reflecting.

This may be a hard concept to understand for someone who feels the need to add pronouns to their name, but not everyone is desperate for attention.

Some people value their privacy, which is not a sign of cowardice or disrespect for the community.
You think they've added pronouns because they feel the need to clarify their pronouns, or to denigrate those who do? My money is absolutely the latter, along with people who pine for "more lgbt support" and "we need Ukrainian language"

They're called bad actors (or arguments in bad faith), and I really wish steam would do something about them.

They're reflecting plenty, and happy with the results, if they've gotten you to respect less those who genuinely would like their pronouns observed properly. Don't let a bad actor diminish the acts of a community.

I think if the pronouns were mocking they'd be weirder. For example, my pronouns on Discord are "your majesty/his majesty".
OP is clearly farming Jesters. Sadly, it seems it was successful.
