Joker needs explaining - Doubles All Listed Probabilities

I have a joker just turned up that says it "Doubles All Listed Probabilities"

What does that mean?
There has been no mention of "probabilities" up to this point ...

like the tarot wheel of fortune , the Bananas Joker, space man joker or lucky card modefier and etc.
those probabilities 1 / 4 chance becomes 2 / 4 chance to trigger its effect.

Wheel of fortune for exemple will go from 1/4 to 2/4

Some joker CAN do something, like 1/4 to up the level of the hand you just play, so with this it's now 2/4

Its explained pretty well on the joker.

Any card that has a green "x / y" becomes double.

for example

The business card becomes 2/2, so every face card, and space joker because 2/4, meaning instead of 25% chance its 50% chance to activate, eg "double"

I suppose this means it doubles the probability of negative effects as well, which makes it a bit of a double edge sword.

Yep there are times where it makes your life explicitly worse

it makes glass cards break easier, which I thought was bad, but then I found out about the joker that gets + (x0.5) mult for each broken glass card.

Which listed probabilities have you seen about the shop? Where are they listed?
