Some suggestions after new demo:
Still love the game and love the new demo showcasing different things. Just got a couple of suggestions:

Ability to use Tarot Cards while selecting cards from a Standard Pack. We could do this with Spectral Packs and Arcana packs iirc, so I think it makes sense? I tried using Lovers (Make a card a Wild Card) on a King that is a Bonus edition (+Chips). I know it won't have both at the same time in the end since both are editions, but I simply couldn't even choose to overwrite it that time, which seemed odd to me. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3150675526
I do realize that the difference is that something shown in a Standard Pack isn't already in our deck, while something shown in Spectral Packs or Arcana Packs is definitely pulled out of our deck, but still. Please allow us to use tarots while selecting a card from Standard Pack, it would be nice.

Diet Cola & Invisible Joker should count as "used" when we sell them and get the benefit out of them. I mean, for the stats screen and for the White Sticker (beat a run using this joker) generally. It makes sense, they were made to be sold and do nothing else. Right now it feels like I have to "cripple" my run by wasting a slot if I want the white sticker on them. Which is doable, but somewhat annoying. Maybe for Invisible Joker, keeping the duplicate that results out of it could be a requirement too if needed. Or for Diet Cola, to actually use the Double Tag and skip a blind after that.

But speaking about this, I personally don't hold the same opinion for Gift Box, since you could get value out of selling consumable cards and maybe keeping it along with Swashbuckler for some proper mult scaling. I do think selling Gift Box itself could debatably be classified as "using it". Maybe if you DO sell something else that has its sell price increased at least once, it counts as used too.

Optional indicator or on-hover infobox about what sticker we already have on certain jokers when seeing them, both in shops and on top (the jokers we have). Just would be nice if I didn't have to re-open my collection again every single shop when trying to complete my white sticker collection and I'm only missing a few left.

Obelisk should say "0.2x mult per consecutive hand played without playing your most played Poker Hand(s)", if no changes to how it works is planned.

The current wording without the plurality made me think that I could theoretically just alternate between Flushes and Full Houses for example, and then when they're both at "#6 times played", technically NEITHER of them are "most played" since the count is equal, and it shouldn't reset my multiplier. But then I learned that it did. It most definitely did, so rip.

I wouldn't really suggest allowing it to work how I imagined it would, maybe that'd be OP, but to be honest it's food for thought, to imagine a card working best the more you're able to diversify your hand type. Maybe something that consecutively increases your chip score if the currently played hand isn't among the most recent 4-7 hand types you play, and add a way to keep track of it in-game.

That's all from me for now. I hope it was helpful or worthy of consideration!

I got the demo today, I'm loving it, but I have a suggestion about something that feels weird, and is similar to the first point mentioned above:

When you purchase a tarot card from the shop, it gets added to your stack, but you can't use it right away because there are no regular cards on screen to use it on. However, if you also purchase a surprise tarot pack to use at once, cards are then pulled from your deck and THEN, on top of the new tarot card you can use, you can also use the previously purchased tarot card you couldn't use before, because NOW there are regular cards on screen after all. It doesn't make sense, does it?

I'll admit that the white chip with Jokers that are intended to be sold and/or are not wanted in final blind is a bit of an issue. I'm not 100% hooked on completionism, but I do find it annoying that if I want to fill out the book, I have to hold useless Jokers like Diet Cola for the boss.

I just accidentally got a completion on Invisible Joker, I was too busy skipping rounds and then got Cerulean Bell right before I would be able to sell it to trigger. So yay, at least one bit of "useless joker" completion out of the way.
Using a polychrome or other similar buffed Diet Cola might make it more appealing too. Still sub-optimal, but better than nothing. A negative one would be essentially free to complete with as well.

It makes perfect sense. Spectral packs summon a set of cards and make you use it on those, which is a way to balance how much stronger it is to get to pick one of multiple tarot cards. Meanwhile tarots in your inventory either come without getting to pick (in the store) or are picked randomly (from a joker or The Emperor). But they're stronger because you get to play them during normal gameplay, so they can save your run by transforming some cards to a specific suit when you really need a flush-type hand, or at the very least you're free to cycle through all cards in your deck before you decide what to use them on.
Did you perhaps not figure out you can use them during a round?

I'm fully aware you can use them during a round.

And I can also use them during the shopping sequence... but only if I also use something else during said sequence that allows me to display my cards.
