Yes thak you it's well know to be a RTWP. One game I loved was The Bureau: XCOM Declassified.
My question was more about this system which Transistor has, which you see a dot grid and plot your movement. Later you even get a dog to move too.
Most RTWP games don't have this dot grid.
For example does Dandy Ace have this mechanic?
I recall some JRPG having something similar like this, pausing time to allow you to use combo skills or limit breaks, but also cannot think about one out of my mind and no game in general that allows you to pause the game, plan and only actucally do the stuff after running the time again.
