pls help me with the animal riding
im confused on how to ride animals and feed them the biscuts PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP

All you need to do is reduce their hp to 50% or lower. After doing that, so long as you have a biscuit in your inventory, you may approach the creature and interact with it. You do not need to manually use the biscuit. You will mount the creature, and a biscuit will be consumed :)
