How's Elsword in 2023?
Played the game back in 2012 to 2015 (hamel - Lanox). I picked up Elsword again a few years ago and was stuck in Elrianode/Varnimyr like i hit a wall. Let's just say i were miles away from being able to try out new content for the game.

Is it still as bad to reach end-game? I feel intrigued to try out the game again but i'm not sure.

It's worth it but its definitely not a game for impatient or casual players. You need to do your dailies/weeklies in order to gradually get stronger, It's entirely possible to hit end game or even late game (Outskirts and Tirnog) if you play long enough.

As a player who has reached 10k+ achievement score on Lsword. Plays 6 characters, and has El Search party 100% and runs their own lv25 guild. I will definitely admit things get boring and tedious doing the same routine every week. I think 1 of the things that drive me crazy is the berth accessory drop rates. Due to my lack of luck ending up in partys who drop weapons. I have had to do berthe weeklies with a lot of reset tickets to try to go on a dismantle quest and I gotta say each ticket is 70-80m ed so unless I load money i'm too broke ed wise. So most people have recommended me to not 2 play 6 characters but I don't listen so I end up blowing 200$ a month just to keep myself happy. My review is on my steam profile I go into deep detail about the games issues.

Ah okay, pretty much the same as before then. KOG has always been rather greedy with money but back then at level 60-70 it was entirely possible to gear out your character in a reasonable amount of time, i could enjoy end-game and did not feel behind in power at all (only thing was i didn't look visually as cool as someone who paid, which is fair). I love grinding if the game is fun and there's an end to the grind.

I'll leave the game alone!
Thanks for the replies! :)

economics are dead, the grind is real. Don't bother anymore
