Blood Money Requiem Pack

Last year I bought Hitman the full experience, I didn't had any problems with the game. Its a great game!!

But in the full experience version the Blood Money Requiem Pack was included. Now I can stil buy the pack in the store. So it doesnt show that I allready have it.

Is this a bug?

The full experience did not include Blood Money Requiem unless you pre ordered the game, which you would have needed to do more than 2 years ago, prior to march 11, 2016 (not last year, 2017)

Blood Money Requiem was a (free) pre order bonus, it was eventually released as a stand alone purchase (at cost) for anyone who did not pre order, but since it is just cosmetic it has never been included with any of the bundles or with the full experience (which was just the season 1 episodes)

It's also never been included with the GOTY bundle either (which replaced the full experience bundle 6 months ago in the store)

You might want to check your purchase dates again, because if you bought it last year (as you claim) no version of the game would have included Blood Money Requiem

What you may have purchased was "Hitman Essentials" which is a bundle of not just Hitman(2016) but also some prior Hitman games (including Hitman Blood Money, the actual game, and not the Requiem cosmetic pack for this one)

In fact, judging from your achievement dates that's exactly what you did, it looks like you own the essentials pack, unless you purchsed the pre order more than 2 years ago (prior to march 11, 2016) and then didn't bother to play until last year: your first actions in the game are February 2017

Blood Money Requiem was not included in any bundles being sold in February 2017

Based on what I see in your profile you should not own Blood Money Requiem or the Game of the Year DLC's

I bought the steelbook edition in Holland and its even on the back cover. (Blood Money Requiem Pack included)

And when I wanna buy it in the steam store, I get this error in Dutch.

As I understand it, if you bought a physical copy that included it, it was still a pre order bonus and the requiem pack would be it's own game key

Your retail copy should have had one steam key for the game and another steam key for the requiem pack

Do you have access to the suit/weapon in game when launching a map?

Did you check off the boxes for the DLC in your library to have it installed?

You may need to contact steam support more directly, they dont really answer questions on the forums

Its even installed in the library:
