I have not been crouching. I'll give that a try next. Thanks.
No problem. I use crouch and as soon as I inject them, I start to run away and stand up. They normally make a comment about me dropping something, I guess the empty syringe, then carry on with what they were doing for a few seconds before it kicks in.
Oh well. I guess I'll just avoid using injections in any mode I can't save before I try it.
1. Crouch, it reduces your profile and the distance you can be seen from
2. Do not move after you make the injection. You'll notice the enforcer icon above everyones head after you make an injection. If you move while that is on everyone, you will be spotted. Wait until the icon changes and you will not be noticed
If you happen to be using the sick poison instead of lethal, you'll see your targets icon change to the open circle which means they aren't paying attention to you anymore even if they were previously an enforcer (its the same open circle that is above enforcers while you are "blending in" it means they don't notice you right now)
Once the target is down and the icons are changed, move away quickly. If a guard comes to investigate the body they will at first assume it's an accident or natural death, but if you are lingering around the body they may become suspicious
