It's a set of challenges in Hokkaido mission, which you can look up while in-mission. All of them, except one, can be done on story mission. I advice you to save before you do assassination so you can do them faster.
You also really want to have morgue as starting point before you do them.
EDIT: Stupid me. It's actually possible to do poison one in story mission, but it might require a bit more preparations as NPC's sometimes go to nearest garbage bin instead of toilet.
You get a katana to take with on missions, Im not sure if its different from the original katana?
Hey, atleast you can have it from the beginning instead of finding it. I could now have japanese clothes and katana at any mission.

Have fun!
Btw, there's tons of contracts where you can complete all of the challenges at once. I have done this one, by Hal: 1-10-6459359-11
Oh man, what a surprise. You here haha. Thanks for the contracts. Those helped me a lot, and were really fun.
Cheers
One I did the other day was "Art of Revenge All-in-one",
I had to run it twice because I don't have a 20 mastery on Hokkaido, but all of the kill conditions are optional. So you can knock out 3 of the challenges on the first run and the last one on the second.
I think baseball bat is already possible to obtain to missions if you complete enough challenges on Hokkaido Professional mode. You need to have 10/10 mastery to get the baseball bat.
It's a shame that having a baseball bat is considered a crime for some reason though.
Yeah, it would be hilarious if IOI adds some dialog where 47 comes up with excuses to why he has suspicious items. Maybe sometimes excuse 47 gives works, sometimes don't. The game has many comedic moments already, so I don't think people would mind. It wouldn't decrease difficulty as some items like hammer, that can be hidden, has the same effect and uses anyway.
Not that IOI would add those, since developing costs money and time, but people would probably react positively if they do.
