What make's agent 47 so dangerous?
I am new to the hitman seris, I understand he is cloned but what did they do to him to make him so good at killing?

I don't know about "perfect" DNA, but he was "born" in a Romanian lab inside an insane asylum, the gametes that formed the zygote that was cloned to produce him and his "brothers" having undergone illicit genetic modification. Then, when his cloned body and mind were sufficiently mature, he was "decanted," thus beginning intense training in how to kill and get away with it.

Oh, you mean like practically every other game on the market? Yeah, I can see how that makes him more dangerous than all the other digital protagonists, because none of the OTHERS allow players to do that. Gotcha.

Also he is bald, without all that hair weighing him down he is extremely light on his feet and can sneak up on anyone!.

And a whole lot of training.

In the intro to Hitman 2, Professor Ort Myer's brother is reviewing the footage of what happened in the final scenes of the first game and comments that 47 is "Not as strong as me, but hell, he's fast". That would appear to be the key feature of 47. The first game was wonky design-wise and patched to add a slightly bugged 'slow-mo' which players could choose to use as they wish and had no limit. It seems like it was supposed to always be in the game in some form but IO couldn't get it to work right until later games and now it is used in just about every Hitman.

My theory is that on top of that built-in fast muscle-memory and reflexes, he's conditioned like a typical gamer is conditioned except to do it all for real, so the meta-abilities of you the player has transferred into the setting. A lot of training then: gaming hobbyists tend to hit the 10k hours which are said to define 'mastery' of something before becoming adults and 47 has done so too.

So he's a gamer, but with better athleticism, diet and dress sense, but about the same interpersonal social skills.

He's twice the strength of a human being.

Making him only as strong as a fairly weak soldier, which isn't that good.

I lifted weights as a teen and was surprised after a year how little the average person can actually lift. I just thought I started as a weakling who could barely lift an empty 10 kilogram lifting bar off the floor but it turned out most 13 year olds couldn't.

Regulars humans are actually puny. Lifting weights for one hour three times a week would double most adults upper-body strength in just a few months and double it from that again in the same time repeated.
