Hi, we explained it in the news, but essentially we're working on other SPAAs, although at the same time the US desperately need an SPAA to fill a large gap. Canada's Skink seems the best fitted option to go here, as some Canadian vehicles are already in the US tree, and the Skink is based on the M4A1 Sherman hull.
Hi, it's a rank II vehicle so it will be, preliminary, somewhere between 2.7 to 4.0 Battle Rating.
not gonna happen. I have seen a X4 M134 minigun turret though. Its on YT.
I dont see any gap in American tree; there are M19 and M42. Half of their problems is, that you don't understand, that generic sight recticle sucks in SPAA, especially slow firing ones, so most people can't hit anything. And Skink was on par with Wirbelwind and Contraero, it got BR increase only because it has fully enclosed armored turret and can't be easily killed with strafing like rest of SPAA. Efficiency is almost the same.
