Hardly, no torpedoes, and only 4 destroyer grade cannons, and no AA beyond the 25 25mms, My Z class destroyers all outclass this thing, even the Emden light cruiser would make short work of this. I hope they give it a fair BR for the nip navy.

It carries 6 Torpedoes, thats hardly nothing

no. this is a rank three light cruiser, the premium rank 4s go for 8k. this one will likely be 3-4k

Naval is what brought me back to WT two years ago. I'm glad to see the new trend toward AA focused vessels, naval is still doing well with everything having a use.

but your main concern isn't air. it's other cruisers. and this thing is less like a cruiser than Atlanta. at range, it looks under crewed and outgunned by some DE. not a good place for a Light cruiser.

I enjoy the rebalanced naval battles a LOT, well done making small PT and gun boats have a role to rush the cap points while DDs and CLs slug it out from afar and slowly control territory - while aircraft wreak absolute havoc on anyone not paying attention or stationary.
