Chinese servers?

I have nothing against chinese people, this isnt race bait or anything. But just curious why half my team in NA have chinese letters that take up my entire screen, who are toxic and slam into friendly tanks for having non-chinese symbolism & use ESP. Please create a server region for Asia.

There is a server for South Asia called SA, and just like yourself and the rest of us its up to the individual to choose where they play. Sometimes and it will sound crazy so bare with me but these players with the characters for a name actually don't live in an Asian country let alone a pacific region. (Beautiful thing being able to choose where in the world you want to live.)

Just going to add that not all of them are Chinese either, i have seen many countries characters used for names.

yeah I mean I can tell the difference between mandarin/korean or japanese, but 90% of the time its chinese. But I know for sure they're real because they really sprout everywhere when it hits about 5 PM time in China. And warthunder is increasingly popular in china/taiwan.

SA servers have about 8 people on them so I just play on NA or EU. I think most people on SA servers do the same

absolutely correct, being in australia i also play NA because it is far easier to get into a match in most modes.

There is no such thing as "a chinese server"! The SA server is in Japan. However, recently Gaijin has joined the SA and US servers together at times. Which server you get put on depends on the ping you are getting to the two servers. Thus there are times where many players are utilising the US server. The various servers may be located in a country, but that does not mean that 'only' players from that country use that server. For instance all of Sth America and Canada etc also use the US server. The EU server not only handles EU countries but many African and Middle East countries as well. There are only 4 game servers that service the entire planet.

Commentary that the SA servers only have '8 people on them" is both misguided and simply wrong!
