При очередном заходе в игру столкнулся с ошибкой, не дающей запустить её вместе с античитом: https://imgur.com/a/adoe0Ti
затем https://imgur.com/0lwab6V - в интернете по этому вопросу ноль информации, пробовал выдавать\убирать права администратора на .exe файлы, с лаунчера но без античита игра работает, (только аркадный режим). Обращаться в службу поддержки Gaijin в принципе бессмысленно, если вдруг кто может посоветовать что-то по этому вопросу - пишите.

Помог чистый запуск операционной системы, но на один заход!)
для тех кто столкнулся с этой проблемой и зашёл сюда - говорю сразу, стим может не запуститься с первого раза, но обязательно заработает.
На сайте технической поддержки gaijin есть инструкция:

(в исключения добавил aces_BE; beac_wt_mlauncher; eac_wt_mlauncher)
