Steam wont close the game. Launcher not working.

It's been a week+ of experiencing this launcher issue. It's been reported and still no fix?

I'm not going to restart my pc everytime I want to play the game.

idk every time it's mentioned they just point you towards the bureaucratic customer support games that go nowhere or just tell to delete caches lol. It's just the way it is now.

you need to force close it with task manager.

This isnt a Gaijin issue, its a steam issue because it can happen in Conquerors blade as well.

I play Conq Blade and have never had this issue.

Closing with task manager works to close the game the first time, but any further attempts to open the game will not work, without fully resetting my pc.

When the game hangs on the small load screen, go to task manager, details, end process crashpad_handler. The game will now launch.

If you are asked if you would like to close the program, or wait for it to respond, choose wait for program to respond.

There is a pinned topic on this, literally the top of the page. No need to go back a month and necro an old thread.

Why are you running the game from the launcher when playing from Steam? Why not the Play button?
