its not way above min requirements. a gtx660/r3 370/r7 265 is actually way stronger than an ancient laptop igpu.
theres nothing we can do to help, just lower every graphical setting possible and lower the resolution.

Your best bet is to run 720p at minimum settings
edit: if you can´t afford one atm, check the temps. low RAM and integrated grahics means higher CPU load. On a Laptop this can cause overheating and CPU throttling which leads to heavy stuttering after a few minutes. You could try removing the case and replacing the thermal paste then. There is a chance that it helps a little but that doesn´t change the fact that you really need a new one.
