Issues with the 2A4M Can Pack

Hello All.

I purchased the Leopard 2A4M Can pack on steam. I made the purchase on October 31st. I payed 112.99$ for it. I have received a confirmation email from steam and the funds have been removed from my account.

I can see the 2A4M in my DLC manager, it says it’s installed. Yet when I launch the game, I have to purchase the 2A4M.

I’ve reached out to gaijin and haven’t heard back. Is there anyone who’s had issues like this and resolved them?

Most likely you have two accounts and it has been installed on the other account.

Thanks for the response, I got it figured out, took me a while and I determined what I had done wrong.
