Planes not rendering until very close.
Enemy planes are USUALLY not rendering in until I am less than 2km from them, sometimes less, sometimes more.

I am using no mods or any modifications.
I've tried meddling with the graphic settings in every way I can.
I tried a clean installation of graphic drivers.
I tried manually reinstalling the EAC.

This has been a problem for at least half a year, but it did not bother me too much because I only played lower tiers.

Anybody got any idea whats up ?

If we were to download every video, in each report, most of us would exceed our monthly ISP download levels and either end up losing, or paying extra for our connections.
Whilst one small video is fine, multiple large videos could quickly become an issue given the number of reports that we handle. Your consideration with this issue is appreciated.

If the above does not correct the issue then please report it to the Technical Forum here https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder Select your Operating system etc. Or you can report it from the game under the Community tab in the hangar.
In order to investigate issues thoroughly we need ALL the files asked for.

Also include a screenshot of your graphics. BTW it is extremely difficult to see many aircraft at 2 kilometres in real life too! :)

Thats because your Crew's visibility does not allow further sight?

They changed how Visibility works to combat ESP Modifications, if you cannot see the target, be it by obfuscated view or out of sight distance it will not render in.

The cache seems to have done the trick, but please tell me how much is normally expected to re-download after clearing the cache ? Because I feel like 18GB is a bit too much for a cache.

That is all the models. It would be good if some who think the game doesn't take up memory actually note this! lol
